In 2010, 3 of Benjamin’s friends opened a pizza restaurant in Winnipeg. In 2012, due to his curiosity and persistence, he was presented the opportunity to join the group as head of operations at the restaurant located at 1580 Taylor Ave. in Winnipeg, MB. Growing up, Benjamin worked his way through every position in the restaurant industry. However, this marked his first opportunity to work as owner-operator, a position he was eager to fill. In only 4 years, Benjamin took Carbone from that one location, and expanded it into a multi-unit chain. Mr. Nasberg’s ambitious growth strategies will pave the way to a global expansion plan that will leverage collaborations with strategic partners. In almost 9 years, Benjamin has positioned the company to become an international leader with 100’s of locations opening in the coming years.

Faq

FAST FIRED is actively searching for highly qualified individuals to become licensees/franchisees. Prior management experience, coupled with personal financial qualifications and a track record of success are important key factors in our evaluation process. Fill out a our application form today!

Individuals need $80,000 to $175,000 CAD in personal resources (cash, liquid assets, marketable securities, family assets and/or stocks). Financing is to be secured through third-party lending sources. The total cost of each unit varies by model and location, for example an 1100 sqft location will be an estimated turnkey cost of $460,000 CAD.

Initial one time $35,000 CAD licensing/franchise due on signing. Royalties are 6% and marketing fees are 1% of gross annual sales

All new owner-operators participate in a 3-week training program. The program consists of on-the-job training at FAST FIRED, providing you with handson management experience. You will learn all about business development, management, customer service, marketing, food preparation and quality assurance. In addition, there will be hands-on training from the FAST FIRED team and current owner-operators! Once completed, you will receive training at your own store prior to opening with your entire team, followed by regular updates to any training manuals or procedures
